Taking payments online in Oman
We set your store up with a local payment gateway that accepts cards and Apple Pay, and we test real payments ourselves before launch. Options in Oman include Thawani and bank gateways on the OmanNet network, and we'll help you pick the one that fits your sales.
Gateway fees and approval terms are set by the payment provider, not by us. Most gateways ask for a commercial registration (CR), so if you don't have one yet, you can open with cash on delivery and add card payments later.
Delivery across Oman
We connect your store to a delivery service such as Nool, so you can set one fee for Muscat and another for further governorates like Dhofar or Musandam, and customers see the full total before they pay.
Every order arrives with the customer's address, number and payment method, and customers can track their order themselves, which means far fewer "where's my order?" messages.
From DM orders to a real store
Most shops in Oman start on Instagram and WhatsApp: a photo, then twenty messages about price, size and delivery, then a manual bank transfer. It works at first, but it holds you back once orders pick up.
With a store, every product has its own link with price, photos and sizes, and customers order and pay without waiting for your reply. If you want someone answering customer questions around the clock, our AI assistant replies in Arabic and English.

If you have customers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia or elsewhere in the Gulf, you can take their payments in their currencies on every plan. It depends on the payment gateway: some accept GCC and international cards and some are local only, so we help you pick one that fits your customers from the start.
